Summary

In the border area between China and Myanmar, Zhou Fu Gang, a small-time drug lord, rises to prominence as the "Fortune General," successfully transporting heroin despite law enforcement. His organization expands, but he faces challenges in the Yangtze River Delta. During a negotiation, he is ambushed and wakes up confronted by Li Yun Dao, a member of the Qin faction. Li reveals his knowledge of Zhou's underhanded dealings and demands information instead of engaging in drug trafficking. Zhou, realizing the precariousness of his situation, must navigate this dangerous encounter while grappling with the consequences of his past actions.
