Summary

Ye Feng notices that Lan Er, usually lively, is unwell and has a fever. Concerned, he offers to take her to the hospital, but she resists. He decides to care for her at home instead, tucking her into bed. Later, he encourages her to take her medicine by promising her candy. After she takes the pills, she enjoys the candy, which brings a smile to her face. Ye Feng reflects on their tough life and his inability to provide a better home. He prepares a nutritious meal for her, and as she eats, her spirits lift. However, she suddenly becomes unwell again, causing Ye Feng to worry about her health.
