Summary

In a fortified base on a remote island, an elder and two others discuss the need to sacrifice a fully evolved Digimon to obtain the key to the Digital World's gate. Meanwhile, a man and a girl search for the key, while Wang Mu and his mother express concern over Ling Shou's intentions to destroy it. Ling Shou believes the key is the source of their troubles and intends to protect them by letting them realize the necessity of its destruction. As they board a train, Ling Shou, in battle mode, observes two Digimon, planning to follow them without revealing his presence. Tension builds as the characters navigate their conflicting goals.
