Summary

Ye Gelu is familiar with the notorious Black Dragon Society, known for its collusion with the Holy Emperor Group in Qishan County. After a confrontation with delinquents from the society, Ye Gelu helps an injured woman, Shen Bi Jun, and her daughter, Du Miao Miao, who is suffering from food poisoning. Shen explains that the Black Dragon Society is pressuring her to sell her ancestral home for a fraction of its worth. Ye Gelu decides to help her, insisting that he cannot walk away and leave her vulnerable. Chen Bao Er, a young lady he met earlier, offers to drive him to confront the delinquents. They arrive at the southern district, where the Holy Emperor Group is exploiting residents, and Ye Gelu takes action against Wu Xiong, a delinquent leader.
