Summary

In a tense moment, Yang Ye witnesses a blood sword pierce a middle-aged man's brow, causing terror to engulf him. Yang Ye, focused on the trembling little Bai in his arms, reassures her, prompting her tears to enhance the surrounding spiritual energy. After defeating the middle-aged man, Yang Ye absorbs his spiritual energy and inspects his meager possessions, discovering a sentient folding fan.
