Summary

In a dim corridor of Hoggard, Chen hands Tom Riddle's diary to Professor Quirrell, revealing it as a Horcrux. Quirrell, terrified, is overtaken by Voldemort's malevolent force, transforming him into a cold, sinister figure. Chen, excited yet fearful, sees potential in aligning with Voldemort. Meanwhile, Dumbledore senses dark magic and rushes to investigate. As Dumbledore approaches, Voldemort relinquishes control back to Quirrell, who feigns innocence. Dumbledore questions Quirrell, sensing something amiss, but lacks evidence. Quirrell deceives him, knowing he’s caught between Voldemort and Dumbledore, with danger looming ahead.
