Summary

Jiu Shu dodges the Witch's attack but worries for his companions, Ze Sheng and A Qiang, urging them to stay inside. The Witch, now more powerful, attacks fiercely, and Jiu Shu prepares to fight. Ze Sheng and A Qiang attempt to assist but feel helpless. Jiu Shu summons spirits for help while they discover the Mao Shan Min in boiling oil, having sacrificed himself. As they pull him out, they realize he perished, leaving behind the souls of the Witch's assistants. Da Bao and Xiao Bao appear, revealing they were unable to save the Mao Shan Min, who sacrificed himself to protect them, deepening the tragedy. Ze Sheng urges them to check on Jiu Shu as chaos ensues outside.
