Summary

Sha Zhu is deeply concerned about protecting two engineers, whom he considers national treasures, from falling into the wrong hands. After a brief encounter with Shizuka, who offers him support, he stealthily enters a family home at night. Mistakenly finding two sleeping children instead of the engineers, he reflects on his own family. Eventually, he locates Engineer Gu and explains that he must fake his death for safety. Gu reluctantly agrees and provides Sha Zhu with fake documents. After successfully completing his mission, Sha Zhu returns to report to his superior, Gu Chuan, who is pleased with the outcome. Meanwhile, Qin Huai Ru visits Song Ai Guo in the hospital, bringing chicken soup and expressing her care, while Qiu Ai Hua observes their chemistry.
