Summary

The Shen family's New Year’s Eve celebration is warm and simple, featuring dog meat and dumplings. Gu Chen secretly takes food for his mother, aided by Shen Jiao, who helps cover for him. Han Qi Xiu observes but chooses not to intervene directly. Shen Jiao later visits the Zhu family to bring dumplings to Zhu Si Ya, who is in a difficult situation.
