Summary

Zhu Xie Kaneyama realizes that his forces are no match for the Zhou Dynasty and decides to negotiate rather than fight. He meets with Jin Wen Sheng, who represents the Zhou Dynasty, and they discuss terms for the Shatuo people's loyalty and coexistence with the Han.
