Summary

In 1980, at the 8th People's Hospital in Fujian, a critically ill woman experienced a chilling supernatural event involving a towering black figure attempting to place red shoes on her. Paralyzed by fear, she could only watch as the figure, speaking in a gravelly voice, urged her to hurry. Just as the shoes were about to be placed on her, an old man from a neighboring room intervened, claiming the shoes for himself. After they vanished, the woman regained her ability to move and speak, only to learn the old man had died at midnight. Miraculously, her condition improved soon after.
