Summary

Qin Shu and Kong Shen bond over spiritual techniques, with Kong Shen sharing his powerful move, "To Swap Plums For Peaches." They agree to help each other with recording unusual formations and pill prescriptions. As dawn approaches, Qin Shu prepares to leave Inokuchi Village with A Ling, who reflects on her memories there. A sudden rain surprises the villagers, prompting them to pray for blessings. Qin Shu, sensing danger, takes a longer route back to the sect but encounters a violent confrontation between a man and his spirit beast. Despite her efforts to escape, she witnesses the man’s brutal demise at the hands of an unknown attacker, leaving her shaken and confused.
