Summary

Yue Chen, now Wu Chen, rejoined the Andromeda's Marine Assault Team at 12, accompanied by noble girl Yun Jing, daughter of President Donald. The colony saw changes after Donald's election, but the Andromeda faced challenges with seven captains in ten years. The assassination of Madam Donald by the Guangming Society caused a rift within the group. Technology stagnated, and exploration proposals were often vetoed. Yun Jing, a student researching hyperdrive engines, expressed nostalgia for the past. Tension arose when Eugene, a rival and Yun Jing's admirer, confronted Wu Chen, leading to a sense of helplessness for him.
