Summary

In a decaying palace, Wang Zi Kai, a blond youth, lounges on his throne, tossing a gift box. Gao Xin Xin, a twin-tailed maiden, seeks her brother but is met with Wang Zi Kai's dismissive attitude. He asserts that he alone desires to kill her brother, Gao Yang, and that destiny will prevent her from doing so. Despite her disappointment, Gao Xin Xin resolves to find her brother, believing in her own strength. Meanwhile, at a graveyard, Long mourns a departed friend, receiving coffee from Gao Yang, who struggles with insomnia. They exchange a divine rune, but an emotional moment arises when Long unexpectedly cries, revealing deeper connections and sorrows.
