Summary

Ye Zong is angered by Nie Li's deception towards his daughter, Ye Zi Yun, but feels guilty for not being a better father. Ye Zi Yun expresses admiration for her father and gratitude towards Nie Li for helping her improve her strength. She offers to fulfill three requests from Nie Li as repayment. As Nie Li approaches her, a tension builds, and Ye Zong becomes protective. Nie Li playfully asks Ye Zi Yun to talk with him, leading to a misunderstanding where she thinks he has ulterior motives. Embarrassed, she runs away after realizing she misjudged him. Ye Zong, observing the situation, is initially furious but slowly realizes Nie Li may not have ill intentions. He decides to keep an eye on the two while Nie Li resumes his cultivation.
