Chapter 11: The Sword that Shook the World: The Wonderful Journey of Idol and Martial Arts. [10]
Summary
General Cheng struggles to understand the tastes of those around him, particularly regarding the two-dimensional nature of entertainment in his world. He finds idol programs particularly appealing due to their connection to characters from The Idolmaster. As he attends a challenge event to pull out the Divine Blade, he is skeptical of the tradition's authenticity. Observing the event, he learns that the sword has been in place for over a hundred years, leading to a mix of curiosity and disbelief. When he reluctantly attempts to pull the sword, it unexpectedly comes free with minimal effort, causing panic among the onlookers. The shrine master, Zhao Wu An Qing, tries to maintain calm and urges discretion about the incident, while General Cheng is taken to a side hall to discuss the situation further.Full content
