Chapter 11: The Martial Arts Adventures of Bao Er [10]

Summary

Xu San decides to take charge as Bao Bao becomes distracted with her brother Bao Er, who plans to accompany her on future missions. Xu Si is expected to arrive the next morning to help oversee the situation. Lu Ke expresses interest in learning Qi practice from Bao Bao, which raises concerns for Xu San about Bao Bao teaching him due to Lu Ke's newly awakened otherworldly identity. Bao Er, eager to bond with her brother, insists on teaching Lu Ke, much to Xu San's reluctance. Eventually, Xu San agrees but insists on supervision for safety. Lu Ke, with ulterior motives, seeks a formal identity, which Xu San reluctantly promises after some back and forth. Meanwhile, in a misty space, other versions of Lu Ke discuss their roles and ambitions, revealing Lu Ke's aspirations for power and recognition, despite his current limitations. Dr. Neurotic warns him about his lack of progress in Qi techniques, but Lu Ke remains optimistic about his future. As the conversation unfolds, two figures begin to materialize in the mist.
