Summary

After a chat with Hayakawa, Ying Yue heads to the library but is later picked up by Mei He due to a sprained ankle. Ying Yue enjoys a sweet apple while reading a captivating novel recommended by Gong Meng. She visits Mei He’s room to borrow more novels and discovers Mei He is a successful romance novelist. Mei He, proud of her work, shares her latest book with Ying Yue, who is impressed by Mei He’s achievements. As Mei He prepares lunch, Ying Yue reflects on her love for reading and writing. A message from Naomi prompts plans for a visit, and Mei He decides to buy groceries, including snacks for Ying Yue.
