Summary

Mo Wuji, unaffected, summoned his crescent halberd and attacked the ripple array gate, creating a crack. Kun Yun, excited, followed him through the crack just before it closed. Inside, Mo Wuji felt a strange but rich essence suitable for cultivation. They encountered a soil-colored primordial spirit, which Mo Wuji threatened, forcing it to offer refining materials in exchange for its life. Kun Yun explained that the Great Sage, a powerful quasi-saint, was sought after for his integrity and willingness to help others. They met Daoist Ting Lin, a former divine guardian, who led them to the Great Sage's location. Mo Wuji and Kun Yun arrived at a majestic peak, where they prepared to pay their respects to the Great Sage.
