Journey to the West: The Fiercest Worker in the Heavenly Court.
Chapter 1081: Completion of the Journey for Scriptures. [1078]
Summary
Tang Seng's tantrum caused panic for Alan and Kasyapa, fearing Maitreya Buddha's wrath if he left without the scriptures. Despite their attempts to persuade him, Tang Seng remained stubborn, insisting he didn't want the scriptures anymore. Ye Yi Feng intervened, advising Tang Seng to prioritize obtaining the scriptures first. Sun Wukong supported this, emphasizing the importance of not lowering themselves to fight Alan and Kasyapa. Eventually, the two Buddhas transmitted the scriptures to Tripitaka, despite the initial agreement being violated. With the scriptures in hand, Tripitaka set off to deliver them, while Alan and Kasyapa plotted their revenge, vowing to make Tang Seng regret his defiance.Full content
