Summary

After the Ren Zu were sealed, they became a lowly existence, while the gods thrived on worship. The Dream God Meng Shen, who once cared for the Ren Zu, had dream elves as his children. One elf, Mo, yearned for independence and eventually left Meng Shen. Years later, Mo contacted Meng Shen, revealing the vast potential of the dream world and guiding him to create a kingdom of dreams. As Meng Shen transformed the dream realm, the Ren Zu broke their seal but faced annihilation from the gods. Mo, realizing his identity as a Ren Zu, chose to inhabit the body of a deceased Ren Zu named Ai, becoming the last of his kind.
