Summary

Wang Shi Chong's forces, numbering 50,000, besieged Jiangling City to control Nanjun for a southern expansion strategy. Inside, Li Xiao Gong and his 20,000 troops defended fiercely, suffering heavy casualties. An urgent edict from the emperor ordered Wang Ren Ze to retreat, leading to the abandonment of the siege.
