Summary

Pinocchio tries to convince Ju Ren Wang that he is free from darkness, but Ju Ren Wang asserts that he has always been in control of his will. As Ju Ren Wang begins to dissipate, Mei Lun awakens in the land of dreams, initially feeling omnipotent but quickly returning to clarity. He decides to eliminate the dark silhouette, which threatens to return, and successfully dispels it, restoring peace to the Fairy Tale Kingdom. Mei Lun reveals his authority as the king and heals the kingdom, earning the admiration of its citizens. After giving brief instructions to Pinocchio and Snow White, Mei Lun leaves for the wilderness, where Linette and her group face overwhelming odds against Mei Lun's power. As Mei Lun emerges with the Fairy Tale Kingdom's forbidden object, he asserts his dominance over Linette and her companions, who must choose between surrendering to his control or facing death. Ultimately, they choose to accept their new fate as semi-fairy tale beings under Mei Lun's rule.
