Summary

In a life-or-death duel, Ye Qian convinces Mo Long to kill Du Fuwei to secure Mo Long's leadership of the Ink Faction. Despite Mo Long's hesitation, Ye Qian argues that Du Fuwei's survival would prevent Mo Long's rise. Du Fuwei accepts his fate, revealing the "Eight Gates Closing Formation" technique used by Ye Qian. Before dying, Du Fuwei asks Ye Qian to protect Yan Si Shui and kill Cha Huai An. After Du Fuwei's suicide, Yan Si Shui becomes distraught and attempts to attack Ye Qian, who is suffering severe aftereffects from the martial arts technique.
