Summary

The Turtle Prime Minister, transformed into a humanoid form, seeks to mediate between Zhang Bai Ren and the Dragon King of the East Sea for reconciliation. The Dragon King wishes to avoid conflict during the upcoming Day of Auspicious Signs, offering treasures, including a relic of Shi Zun, to Zhang Bai Ren. However, Zhang Bai Ren finds the offer insufficient and insists on consulting Ma Zu. Ma Zu reveals that the Day of Auspicious Signs will resurrect ancient souls and suggests obtaining a half-scroll of the Heavenly Books, which could grant extraordinary powers. Ultimately, Zhang Bai Ren negotiates with the Turtle Prime Minister for the divine technique in exchange for peace.
