Summary

Yang Ling wakes up to a call from Zhao Chang Sheng, who urgently requests him at the Jingxin Teahouse. Yang Ling understands the gravity of the situation regarding Zhao Qing Shan's death. Upon arrival, he finds Zhao Chang Sheng in a serious mood, alongside a middle-aged man, Jin Zheng Hai. Zhao Chang Sheng questions Yang Ling about his whereabouts the previous night, suspecting him of involvement in Qing Shan's death. Yang Ling skillfully deflects the accusations, claiming he was at the Jinling Hotel discussing business. As tensions rise, Zhao Chang Sheng initially doubts Yang Ling but eventually considers the possibility that Wang Zheng may be responsible. After a heated exchange, Zhao Chang Sheng apologizes, but Yang Ling, feeling mistrusted, decides it’s best to leave the situation behind.
