Summary

Yue Chen, indifferent, receives a request from Infante Jia Luo Lin to accept the dark inhabitants of Lunar City. He agrees, allowing those who wish to follow him to join the Dark Moon Department of the Cloud Water Academy. Infante Jia Luo Lin expresses gratitude, and after he leaves, Yue Chen discusses the significance of the Cloud Water Academy with Mu Rong Xue, who reflects on her fears about the vast universe. Yue Chen comforts her, and as she falls asleep, he contemplates her burdens. Upon waking, Mu Rong Xue is surprised to find herself in the dark, and Yue Chen offers her a ride on a cloud, which frightens her but ultimately leads to a moment of wonder.
