Summary

In Shandong, law enforcement chief Jin Wu Wei Zheng Qian Hu Xia Yan Ling faced disgrace due to corruption, allowing his son to cheat on a martial arts exam. Deputy chief Xi Men Qing, a former thug, misused power and indulged in debauchery. Both were incompetent and should be dismissed. They attempted to bribe officials in Tokyo to protect their positions. Meanwhile, Xia Yan Ling's child fell ill after a stressful journey.
