Summary

In a crowded waiting room, Li Yao observes a young couple, Jiang Tao and Gu Li Li, discussing their journey on a slow train due to a beast tide. They humorously comment on Li Yao's appearance, mistaking him for a farmer. Unbeknownst to them, he is a skilled artificer and a disabled veteran. When a patrol bird scans him, it allows him to carry a large piece of Dark Star Rock, surprising the couple. Later, while trying to buy instant noodles, he encounters a middle-aged artificer, and they share a moment of recognition through their hands, both revealing their expertise in crafting despite their appearances.
