Summary

Lu Chen captures Bai Lian, a young lady from the Bai family of Kunwu City, who is accused of killing people. Bai Lian denies the accusation and claims to be a pure and innocent lady. Lu Chen is impressed by her boldness and reveals that he used to be a pig butcher before becoming a servant disciple at the Kunlun Sect. Bai Lian is curious about Lu Chen's background and skills, and their conversation leads to a confrontation. A Tu, Lu Chen's black dog, intervenes, and Bai Lian reveals that she knows about "blood food," a secret technique passed down through generations among the southern barbarians. Lu Chen threatens to report her, but Bai Lian accuses him of being a spy from the demonic sect. The atmosphere becomes tense, and A Tu tries to attack Bai Lian, but she uses a hidden life-saving method to defend herself. Lu Chen proposes a truce, and Bai Lian agrees, but only after she is released from her restraints. However, she struggles to control a green light emanating from her palm, which eventually surges out of control and aims a beam of light at Lu Chen's heart.
