Summary

Qin Shu discovers that floating paper offerings in the ghost realm are magical tools. Accompanied by Black and White Impermanence, she learns about the ghost realm's happenings. Upon reaching King Yama's hall, she is greeted warmly and offered a feast, where she absorbs soul power from the dishes. King Yama praises her cultivation progress and accepts the Book of Life and Death back from her, acknowledging her extraordinary nature. However, he inadvertently suggests she should be a ghost cultivator, which prompts an awkward apology. The chapter concludes with King Yama hinting at a small request from Qin Shu.
