Summary

In a dying civilization, survivors created virtual pods within a dimming star to escape the harsh reality outside. Yin Yang, a key figure, plans to save them by extending the star's lifespan or awakening them from their virtual state. However, the risk of the star's revival destroying its last inhabitants looms large. As Yin Yang explores the star, he discovers artificial structures housing the virtual pods, but finds that the long-sleeping inhabitants turn to ashes upon awakening.
