Summary

Yue Chen, surprised by the differences in etiquette, meets the noblewoman Madam Hua Rui, who expresses her sorrow over her lost country. Later, Huoshan informs Yue Chen about a task from Captain Ke Yu regarding the Song Dynasty's demands for remnants of the previous dynasty. Yue Chen realizes the seriousness of the situation and the historical implications. Madam Hua Rui visits Yue Chen at night, pleading for help to save her and her bloodline from the impending threat of Crown Prince Zhao Ze. She offers a precious treasure of her royal family, a jade tablet, as a reward for his assistance.
