Summary

Mo Wuji visits the Law Enforcement Hall to request leniency for his distant relative, Fei Bing Zhu, who was detained for offending Elder Qu's attendant. Gong Qian, the head of the hall, is initially hesitant but ultimately agrees to release Fei Bing Zhu after realizing his connection to Mo Wuji. After rescuing Fei Bing Zhu, who had been mistreated, Mo Wuji invites him to stay at Oujian Peak. Fei Bing Zhu offers his knowledge of spiritual herbs, particularly the precious blood lotus, which is highly sought after and difficult to find. Mo Wuji expresses his urgent need for the lotus, and Fei Bing Zhu reveals that the seeds cannot be bought but suggests they may find remnants at Lotus Sword Peak. He offers to help search for the lotus root, which Mo Wuji eagerly accepts.
