Summary

The Sui army, led by Luo Cheng, prepares for battle against the Dangxiang cavalry, who seek an audience with Zhang Xuan. The young Dangxiang chieftain, Tuo Ba Chi Ci, pledges loyalty to the Sui and is appointed as General of the Western Troops. As night falls, the Sui army marches towards Huiluo County, planning to capture Canglong Fortress, which is defended by Xin Liao Er, a loyal general of Liang Shidu. Tuo Ba Chi Ci arrives at the fortress to sell warhorses, but hidden Sui cavalry ambush the fortress, leading to chaos as they launch a surprise attack.
