Summary

In a farm stay near West Lake, owner Chang prepares for a visit from influential leaders, unaware of the somber mood among them. Zhu Zi Xu, the departing director, reflects on his mixed feelings about retirement, grateful for his past successes but frustrated by the chaos left behind. As he encourages camaraderie among his colleagues, the atmosphere lightens with drinks and banter. However, tensions arise when Yu Bai Ming criticizes the new director, Li Yun Dao, causing Zhu Zi Xu to show signs of displeasure. The night ends with camaraderie, but underlying concerns about leadership linger among the group.
