Summary

Moon Lake, shrouded in mist, is a mysterious place rarely visited by humans. Han Sheng, upon diving into its icy waters, discovers an unsettling sight of skulls at the bottom. Meanwhile, two figures, Wu Daoming and the Abbess, struggle with poison near the lake, reflecting on their fate together. Han Sheng and the old woman return home, where the clam is opened, revealing its meat.
