Summary

In a perilous setting, Li Yao witnesses the Mysterious Old Man's gruesome death, leaving him with a strange feeling about the fragility of life. As he escapes the scene, a transparent crystal humanoid appears and shatters, sending chilling fragments into Li Yao's body. Despite running to warm up, he remains cold and collapses at home, slipping into a deep sleep. In his subconscious, he finds himself in a classical-style nightmare, transformed into a muscular man in a training ground filled with brawny men. They are commanded by a Giant Spirit to train relentlessly, with Li Yao feeling the weight of expectations and the absurdity of his situation.
