Summary

Li Shi Min discovers that his cousin's son, Ke'er, is alive and well in Luoyang, where he has been providing disaster relief and implementing innovative agricultural techniques. Despite his achievements, Ke'er has run away again, causing concern among the royal family. Li Shi Min plans to send him to Yizhou as Grand Governor, despite the dangers of the region.
