Summary

In the Red Light Street of Chengyang City, a mysterious area dominated by underground businesses and gray market establishments, Chen Wei, a top-tier deity, resides while contemplating the complex relationship between humans and demons. Centuries ago, he mediated a truce agreement ensuring peaceful coexistence, protecting both races from mutual harm. Despite humans gradually encroaching on demons' nighttime territory, the demons have restrained themselves. In this context, Chen Wei encounters two mouse spirits in his office, whom he initially freezes and then releases, demonstrating his immense power and strict approach to maintaining order between the two races.
