Summary

The story revolves around Tang Seng and his disciples visiting a corrupt Guanyin Zen Monastery. After discovering the monastery's evil intentions to steal his precious kasaya, Tang Seng decides to leave. With Sun Wukong's help, they find the Black Bear Spirit in Black Wind Cave. Through a brief battle, Sun Wukong defeats the bear spirit, who is then persuaded to become Tang Seng's disciple. The monastery is set ablaze, and Tang Seng gains 30,000 years of Tao practice from recruiting the bear spirit with eight-star potential.
