Summary

Niu Cheng Zhang, a cloth merchant, died, leaving his young children, Zhong and his sister, abandoned by their mother. An elderly aunt took them in but passed away, worsening their plight. Zhong sought help from his wealthy sister, but lost her funds to bandits. He encountered a shopkeeper resembling his father, who turned out to be Niu. After an emotional reunion, Niu taught Zhong business. However, when Niu's estranged wife appeared, Niu confronted her, leading to his mysterious disappearance as a black mist. Zhong eventually took over the business and learned of his mother’s death on the same day as Niu's transformation.
