Summary

In the beginning, Pangu created the universe, leading to a chaotic era marked by calamities, including the Dragon and Phoenix tribulation and the Battle of Gods. After the 3 Purities were confined, centuries passed with Taoism in decline. In the Tang Kingdom, King Li Shi Min died but was resurrected by Yama Cui Yu's intervention. During a Water and Land Assembly, Tang San, a modern youth, transmigrated into the body of Master Xuanzang. Faced with choices regarding the Journey to the West, he opted for seclusion to master the Nine Turns Heavenly Technique instead. His urgent departure confused everyone, especially as he faced numerous spirits and challenges ahead.
