Summary

Shen Jiao finds peace upon reuniting with her grandfather, Shen Jia Xing, in Jiangnan, a refreshing contrast to her previous exile. She is amazed by the modern comforts of his villa, especially the fancy toilet, which she fears might attract unwanted attention. After a light-hearted breakfast of porridge, they are interrupted by a group of students demanding Shen Jia Xing go for reeducation through labor.
