Chapter 000: Martial Techniques. [153]

Summary

Li Chao, known as Kui Wu, was a generous man who learned martial arts from a monk of Shaolin after feeding him. Li mastered the skills but faced embarrassment during a sparring session when the monk easily outmatched him. Later, while in Lixia, he challenged a skilled nun who also trained in Shaolin, but she swiftly defeated him, leaving him injured for over a month. A year later, the monk returned to warn Li about his recklessness. Mr. Wang Ruan Ting commented on the unpredictability of the nun's skills and contrasted Shaolin's external techniques with Wudang's internal practices, noting the legacy of martial arts in the region.
