Summary

In the spirit realm, Mister Zhan, known for his carefree nature, met a tragic end after a night of drunken revelry. He rode home, crashed into a cypress tree, and lamented about his rudeness. Later, a merchant at an ancient temple encountered Zhan’s ghost during a wine gathering. They engaged in a riddle game, but Zhan struggled to answer. Despite the laughter from the crowd, he finally responded with a clever twist, but they unknowingly laughed at a ghost. The merchant eventually realized he had been in the presence of the deceased Zhan, highlighting the intertwining of life and the afterlife.
