Summary

Xu Liao mocks the Lazy King, asserting that his sect's abilities surpass the king's. The Lazy King, after struggling, surrenders and transforms into a young man. Yang Shu Hua departs respectfully, while the Lazy King blames Xu Liao for his predicament. Xu Liao suggests that joining the Jade Cauldron Sect is the only way for the Lazy King to advance. The Lazy King remains undecided about joining. Meanwhile, the group prepares for a barbecue, with the Lazy King commanding yellow-turbaned warriors to assist. As they feast, five demon generals plot against Xu Liao, gathering nearly two hundred demons dissatisfied with his leadership. As the year ends, Xu Liao grants his agents a holiday, revealing his travel plans, which the demon generals exploit to ambush him. Xu Liao travels with trusted aides, leaving behind weaker demons and anticipating the confrontation with the rebels.
