Summary

Xiguan City is controlled by the Bai Family, with the police department heavily infiltrated by them. The inspection team, led by Cui Ying and Bai Xuan Zai, visits the department, which is primarily staffed by Bai Family descendants. The head, Bai Hu Chan, is troubled by the inspection, fearing Xu Liao's intentions to reclaim police powers. Aunt Lian opposes supporting Xu Liao, believing it would jeopardize the Bai Family's autonomy.
