Sword Flying to Immortality.
215: The Lonely Boy. [245]
Summary
In the assembly of demons, three key strategies were identified: the Nine Mysterious True Method, the Hunyuan Demon Mirror, and the Heavenly Demon Killing Immortals Technique, none of which could change the essence of vital energy. Xu Liao, who practiced the Heavenly Demon Killing Immortals Technique, realized that it could assimilate but not transform demonic energy. The Nine Mysterious True Method also rejected foreign true energy. The Jade Cauldron Heart Method, however, could alter vital energy attributes, allowing even demons to regain their identity. This method enabled the lineage of the Jade Cauldron Demon Lord to thrive in the Demon Prison. Xu Liao, after gaining insights, regrouped with his black beetles and entered the Ling Ding Demon Clan's territory, observing them celebrating a victory over the Shadow Demon Clan. He sought information about the entrance to the second layer of the Demon Prison. Despite knowing the names of ten outstanding Ling Ding demons targeted by the Shadow Demon Clan, he did not recognize them. The leader of the Ling Ding demons was strikingly beautiful and charismatic. As Xu Liao assessed the situation, he narrowly avoided an assassination attempt by a Shadow Demon. He retaliated, injuring the Shadow Demon but failing to capture it. Realizing he had attracted the attention of the Ling Ding demons, he swiftly escaped and returned to their camp, where he captured two Ling Ding demons and two Shadow Demon captives using the shadowless whip technique. Despite extensive interrogation of the captives, Xu Liao could not extract useful information and ultimately killed them to refine into demon spirits. Over ten days, he battled the Ling Ding demons, ultimately capturing their leader and obtaining significant information.Full content
