Chapter 805: The Battle of Jixian Has Just Begun. [805]
Summary
Zhang Fei leads the Zhao Jia village soldiers into battle, but tells them to find Liu Mang and Zhao Yun instead of fighting alongside him. Cao Ren discovers Zhang Fei and tries to attack him, but Zhang Fei uses a Wei soldier as a human shield and then draws his knife to fight back. Liu Mang and the villagers charge into battle, and Zhang Fei's roar attracts most of the enemy's attention. Cao Zhen's eyes widen in shock upon seeing Liu Mang, and Liu Mang targets the archers sneaking up on Zhang Fei. Cao Zhen mentions Chang Shan Zhao Zi Long and Dong Lai Tai Shi Ci, and both heroes suddenly appear, breaking through the enemy lines. Liu Mang's identity as the Crown Prince of Great Han is exposed, and the villagers realize they must protect him. Wei Yan sets the grain and supplies on fire, creating chaos and relieving Zhang Fei's pressure. The gates of Ji County open, and Lu Xun welcomes Liu Mang and his army. Liu Mang points his spear at Cao Ren and Cao Zhen, and they remain silent, knowing they are no match for him. The Han army bursts out with high morale, and the Wei army is defeated, fleeing in disarray.Full content
